We make use of DHL Express for all international orders (2-5 business day express shipping depending on delivery address).

The shipping rate is calculated by DHL at checkout based on parcel weight and dimensions. 

Customs Fees

• These are always possible when shipping to a different country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• These are EXTRA costs over and above the shipping costs. This process is managed by DHL Express themselves, and after placing your order, you can expect them to contact you once your product arrives at customs in your country. They will present the duties costs payable to you.
• Customs duties vary per country, estimates cannot be made by ourselves.

Volumetric Weight vs Actual Weight

Please remember that the rigid photography boards we sell will be charged by volumetric weight by DHL. So even though they physically weigh very little, under 3kg most of the time, unfortunately the volumetric weight pushes up shipping costs. 

Therefore, the most cost-effective option for international shipping are our flexible photography banners (also known as lay-flats, mats or backdrops), which are rolled and shipped in a core/tube. 

Tracking your order

When packages are shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your DHL tracking number. We cannot expedite this process as international shipments are out of our hands.
